This system is based on mature Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) or Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption (VPSA) technology. Using ambient air as raw material, it separates high-purity oxygen at normal temperatures and low pressure. The entire process only consumes electricity and involves no chemical reactions, ensuring long-term, trouble-free operation in high-risk environments like mines.

 

Technical Principle & Core Advantages

The core of oxygen generation lies in the selection of adsorbent and the control of the process flow. We use imported lithium molecular sieves. By optimizing the filling structure of the adsorption tower and the airflow distribution device, the equipment maintains a stable oxygen production efficiency even when dealing with voltage fluctuations and temperature variations common in mining areas.

Designed specifically for mining applications, this gold mining oxygen generator features dust-proof and shock-resistant interfaces in its gas circuit design.
