Technical Principle & Purity Control

The core of the equipment utilizes high-quality imported zeolite molecular sieves. Through PLC fully automatic control, dual A/B towers alternate operation to ensure gas continuity. Under an adsorption pressure of 0.4-0.6 Mpa, the molecular sieve selectively adsorbs nitrogen, thereby enriching oxygen.

At the outlet, we configure precision dust filters and a purity analyzer to ensure the output oxygen purity is adjustable between 90% and 95% (some models support high-precision control of 95% ± 1%). For processes sensitive to purity fluctuations, we reserve a secondary purification interface to meet your stringent gas quality requirements.
