Working Principle
The system operates on the PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) principle:
When compressed air enters the adsorption tower filled with molecular sieves, nitrogen is preferentially adsorbed while oxygen passes through as the product gas. When one tower is in adsorption mode, the other is regenerating through pressure release, allowing the two towers to work alternately and continuously deliver 95% pure oxygen.
The entire process runs at ambient temperature without requiring cryogenic cooling. The equipment can achieve stable oxygen output within minutes of start-up. This makes the 95% oxygen concentrator both highly efficient and cost-effective - ideal for industrial facilities requiring stable medium-to-high purity oxygen.
