Psa oxygene generator
The core principle of psa oxygen generator is to use the selective adsorption characteristics of oxygen and nitrogen under different pressure conditions. After the air is compressed, it is sent to the adsorption tower. Under high pressure conditions, the molecular sieve will prioritize nitrogen, while oxygen flows out and enters the oxygen storage tank. When the adsorbent tends to be saturated, the pressure of the adsorption tower will be reduced rapidly, and nitrogen is released from the molecular sieve to complete the regeneration.
Vpsa oxygen producer plant
The vpsa oxygen producer plant works under normal pressure and uses special molecular sieves to selectively adsorb nitrogen (n2), carbon dioxide (co2), and water vapor (h2o) in the air. The oxygen in the air is not adsorbed, which is separated. After completing the adsorption, the device is absorbed by the molecular sieve under vacuum conditions to discharge the adsorbed impurities.
Medical oxygen cylinder filling
Medical oxygen cylinder filling are designed to connect to oxygen generators, providing complete autonomy for medical institutions. They can easily manage peak consumption of flow and fill the cylinder by themselves. The high -pressure oxygen cylinder irrigation system can fill 10 to 100 medical oxygen bottles under the pressure of 150 to 200 bars per day.
