First check the direction of the system valve (open close). When the system is powered on, first connect the nitrogen generator, and then set the temperature value on the thermometer to 40 ℃ and the purity value on the purity meter to 0.6.
Turn on the cold dryer and let it work for 1-2 minutes. Let's look at the evaporation meter. Open the air compressor. When the pressure in the air tank is greater than 1.1 MPa, open the nitrogen generator inlet throttle. Adjust the sampling flowmeter of the nitrogen generator to 1.5. Open the inlet throttle valve of the booster, open the upper throttle valve of the booster, place the water column for 50mm, close the throttle valve, open the drain valve, and then open the nitrogen storage tank to enter the seasonal valve.
When the light on the nitrogen generator is on, it indicates that the purity is lower than the set value. At this time, the supercharger should be turned on. After the supercharger fills the nitrogen storage tank, the supercharger will stop automatically. At this time, when the temperature of the temperature gauge of the nitrogen generator is set to 0 ℃, the actual temperature decreases below 30 ℃. At this time, the inlet valve of the nitrogen generator can be closed.
