Nitrogen dew point: -40℃~-45℃ (normal pressure dew point)
Nitrogen supply requirements: According to the national cable industry standards, nitrogen must be used as protective gas during the production of cross-linked cable production lines of 35KV and above to prevent cross-linked polyethylene from oxidizing and burning at high temperatures. The purity of nitrogen is generally 99.5% (oxygen content 0.5%), and the nitrogen operating pressure is 0.8 to 1.6MPa. Generally, the nitrogen consumption of domestic catenary and vertical tower lines is 6-20Nm³/Hr. Imported catenary and vertical tower lines The nitrogen consumption of a line is 40-60Nm³/Hr. The specific nitrogen consumption depends on whether there is a rotary bin, whether it is water-cooled or air-cooled, and the interval and time setting of exhaust gas emissions.
