Core Technology Principle: Cryogenic Distillation, The Source of Purity

Our Welding oxygen production plant is based on proven and reliable cryogenic air separation technology. The core principle involves introducing strictly filtered compressed air, purified of moisture, carbon dioxide, and hydrocarbons via a molecular sieve system, into an efficient heat exchanger where it is cooled to extremely low temperatures before entering the distillation column system. Inside the column, precise fractional liquefaction and distillation occur by utilizing the different boiling points of air components (oxygen boiling point: -183°C, nitrogen boiling point: -196°C), thereby continuously separating a high-purity oxygen product. The entire process is automatically monitored by an advanced Distributed Control System (DCS), ensuring product purity and system safety.
