Industrial Cryogenic Liquid Nitrogen Generator
Industrial cryogenic liquid nitrogen generator is a core air separation equipment based on the principle of low temperature distillation. It uses -196℃ cryogenic technology to separate and purify the air, and continuously and stably produce high-purity liquid nitrogen. This system can be operated in parallel with oxygen-making equipment to achieve co-production of oxygen and nitrogen, and is a key infrastructure in the semiconductor, medical and food processing industries.

1. Air pretreatment module
- Three-stage filtration system (PM1.0→PM0.1→activated carbon)

- Distillation tower system:
