Purified compressed air enters the adsorption tower filled with CMS.

Smaller molecules like oxygen and water vapor are trapped in the pores. Nitrogen molecules, being slightly larger, pass through into the buffer tank.

Two towers alternately adsorb and regenerate, providing 24/7 continuous nitrogen supply.

Only air and electricity are used - no chemicals, no hazardous waste. This makes the system especially friendly for projects bound for the EU or North America, where environmental compliance is a major plus.
