Working principle
At present, the packaging industry mainly uses pressure swing adsorption nitrogen production technology:
1. Compression and purification: After the ambient air is compressed by the compressor, it enters the precision filter and cold dryer to remove impurities such as oil, water, and dust to obtain clean compressed air.
2. Adsorption separation: Clean compressed air enters the adsorption tower filled with carbon molecular sieves. Carbon molecular sieve has the characteristics of dynamically adsorbing oxygen, carbon dioxide and moisture, while nitrogen is not easily adsorbed due to its large molecular diameter, and is thus enriched in the gas phase to form a high-purity nitrogen product.
3. Pressure reduction regeneration: When the carbon molecular sieve in one adsorption tower is saturated, the system will automatically switch to another adsorption tower to continue working. At the same time, the saturated adsorption tower quickly releases pressure, desorbs and empties the adsorbed oxygen and other impurities, and regenerates the carbon molecular sieve.
4. Cycle alternation: The two adsorption towers alternately perform adsorption and regeneration steps through a precise PLC control system to ensure continuous and stable output of nitrogen.
