Working Principle: PSA Technology, More Economical On-Site Gas Generation

The system operates on PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) principle, using clean compressed air as feedstock. Carbon molecular sieves selectively adsorb oxygen under pressure and release it during depressurization regeneration, achieving efficient oxygen-nitrogen separation.

The complete system features no moving parts and operates at ambient temperature. Requiring only electricity and compressed air, it continuously produces high purity nitrogen for electronics.
